Insight &
Collective Healing
An IFS Small Group - 4-Week Series
Oct. 18 • Oct. 25 • Nov. 1 • Nov. 8
About the Group
Ever wanted to try creative healing practices in a group? Curious about IFS?
Though individual therapy can be an amazing tool for insight, some healing work benefits from community support and the power of a collective. This small group will utilize Somatic IFS, Focusing, guided meditation, and peer counseling to support you in getting to know your inner world individually, in pairs, and together in the larger group. Sessions will be a mix of supportive structured activity as well as flexible time to follow the needs of the group and allow things to arise and be addressed with care. Our time together will be experimental, creative, and rooted in play, helping you gain an understanding of your own parts and of a model for collective healing.

Group therapy can be a very exciting and sometimes intense experience, where parts of us can get activated with profound feelings, sensations, and thoughts. Since this isn’t individual one-on-one therapy, we want to make sure each participant has a degree of inner and outer resources to help them stay with the process.
For this reason, we are asking that each participant go through a short screening call with one of the facilitators. If you are interested in joining the group, please fill out the form below, and one of us will be in touch shortly to schedule a call!
